Monopoly Once Around Deluxe Slots

If you’ve ever wanted to dabble in real estate but lacked the funds, Monopoly Once Around Deluxe, a slot game from Williams Interactive based on the popular board game, lets you do just that. This is the second Monopoly game released by WMS, following the well-received Super Monopoly Money slot introduced in early 2015.

Players familiar with the game will find much of the action on screen recognizable, and the good news is that Monopoly Once Around Deluxe won’t lead to disputes with friends and family.

Featuring five reels and three rows with 15 paylines, players have a variety of main game symbols to match, including two scatters, a wild, and a bonus. The bonus symbol is particularly important as it triggers the lucrative Once Around/Twice Around bonus feature (more on that later).

Pick Your Piece

In Monopoly Once Around Deluxe, there are numerous symbols to understand. Let’s begin with three iconic game pieces: the Dog, the Boot, and the Car. These symbols pay out for matching any three, four, or five on a payline. For a 0.01 stake, spinning three or more will earn you 0.10, 0.30, and 0.70 respectively.

But the story doesn’t end there as these characters offer decent prizes for exclusively spinning them in sets of three, four, or five. The Boot pays 0.20, 0.75, and 5.00, the Dog pays 0.40, 1.00, and 6.00, and the Car pays 0.50, 1.25, and 7.00 for three, four, or five on a winning line.

You might recall the utility symbols from the Monopoly board game – Water and Electricity – which pay 0.10 for three, 0.50 for four, and 1.00 for five.

Free Parking not only lets you park for free but also awards you. You’ll earn 0.15, 0.50, and 1.50 for three to five matches.

Riding the Railway Station pays the same as Free Parking.

The final pair of main game symbols are the Ring and the Dice; the former pays 0.15, 0.75, and 2.00, while the latter earns 0.05 for two symbols, and 0.10, 0.50, and 2.50 for three, four, or five respectively.

Take a Chance

Monopoly Once Around Deluxe features not one but two scatters – the Chance card and Community Chest. Both offer great rewards: 0.75, 3.00, and 30.00 for three, four, or five on the reels.

The wild symbol is the Monopoly Man. This wild offers fantastic prizes (from 2.00 for three to 200.000 for five) and substitutes for all game symbols except the scatters and bonus to create winning combinations.

Board Meeting

Trigger the Once Around Deluxe bonus round with three or more Bonus symbols. Choose a game piece to move around the Monopoly board by rolling the dice. If your roll passes Go, you earn a prize and the round ends.

If you land on Go, the Twice Around Deluxe feature activates. This feature can also trigger by landing on a Chance or Community Chest in the main bonus round and drawing the “Advance to Go” card. Prizes in the Twice Around feature are doubled.

The Chance and Community Chest spaces reveal helpful cards, offering rewards like a payout of 15-100x your bet, Advance to Go, Advance to various locations, or moving your token back to the starting square.

In the Once Around Deluxe bonus, you can build houses or a hotel. Landing on a property square earns rent cheques of 3x to 180x your side bet, which is the cost of building. For more property payment details, refer to the paytable.
