Tower of Power Slots

Let’s be honest. Tower of Power is not among the most visually appealing games you’ll come across. In fact, the title itself doesn’t exude greatness, almost sounding like a nickname for a mediocre basketball player.

But does it offer engaging gameplay and overall quality that make it worth a try?

Underwhelming Performance

There is no distinct tower in sight; rather, a series of blue splotches on a black backdrop. The display feels quite cramped. Even the title seems like a last-minute addition, as if the designers realized it was missing.

The two slot machine games are conveniently placed at the top and bottom left of the screen and, unlike the rest of the interface, are easily visible. However, this arrangement poses a problem. While the left side is well-organized, the right side feels too confined and small. This design choice seems to emphasize the 1,000 credits within the tower.

The Clubmeter and Win boxes are prominently positioned in the center, but to see everything else below, you’ll need to look closely. The three-of-a-kind prize box appears compressed from both sides, and the Bet buttons are as small as postage stamps. Staying consistent with highlighting potential winnings, the credits box is prominently displayed.

Power Play

As indicated by the game layout, there are a Basic game and a Top game. The Basic game features 3 reels, uses 1 credit per spin, and offers Hold buttons for all 3 reels. The game seems supportive, automatically holding buttons if it indicates a promising combination. However, you can override this by pressing Reset to follow your instincts.

You can either Collect your winnings or transfer them to the Top game by clicking the To Clubmeter button. The mystery symbols appearing on the first 2 or all 3 reels in the Basic game can yield up to 200 credits, tempting players to stay on the lower level.

If you opt for the Top game, selecting Choose Game will lead you there. It defaults to Bet 5, but you can increase it to Bet 10 or Bet 20. With Bet 5, only the first 3 reels can be used, with combinations counted diagonally. Bet 10 activates reel 4, creating separate winning combinations for 1, 2, 3 and 2, 3, 4.

There are overlapping symbols in both games, with the treble bar worth 200 credits, 3 four-leaf clovers at 120, and bells and watermelon at 80. Oranges, strawberries, and lemons are valued at 40. There is one symbol with the same value, but it may be challenging to identify. In the Basic game, treble bars and four-leaf clovers fetch the highest rewards, joined by cherries, stars, grapes, and plums.

Navigating the Tower

This overall design shares many features typical of Simbat games. The Menu facilitates access to Login, Register, and Cashout (minimum 10 euros). Adjusting the volume is simple, and the info button explains how to play this game and others in the Simbat portfolio.

Links to your Account, Balance Storage, and Cashout Bank Account are clearly visible, with detailed explanations provided. This includes guidance on playing the game. By clicking the Start button, you can explore over 150 other available games if the descriptions in Info entice you.

Similar to other Simbat games, you can play for free with 10 “Fun Euros” to practice before venturing into real money gameplay. You can adjust the volume, zoom in for a different view, or use Autoplay without configurations.

Power Up?

The layout may fall short, with bothersome sound effects and lackluster symbols. However, there is one remarkable bonus feature that sets it apart. If that particular prize captures your interest, this game will outshine its competitors.
